Clinical Affairs
Ortho Biotech is a well-established company focused on the development of new and emerging therapies and treatment modalities for a variety of indications.
The Clinical Affairs Division, a fundamental part of Ortho Biotech, is committed to producing innovative scientific information and communicating and disseminating data to optimize the value of Ortho Biotech's products to healthcare professionals and patients. The primary therapeutic areas of interest/research include oncology, nephrology, immunology , anemia of aging, and critical care/surgery.
To this end, the clinical trials, outcomes, and biometrics groups within the Division conduct and analyze clinical and epidemiological trials in collaboration with key academic opinion leaders and community-based physicians. The Clinical Communications group produces publications in conjunction with external authors on the clinical data from the trials supported by Ortho Biotech as well as in the research areas of interest, responds to healthcare professionals' questions, and houses the Ortho Biotech Customer Communications Center. In addition, the Division has a group of geographically-dispersed clinical personnel who extend the reach of the Division's commitments to Ortho Biotech customers.
